In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Gampak99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. Gampak99 is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before the Platform will process any withdrawal request, and may be requested at any time at our sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) there must be no outstanding wagering requirements attached to your Account balance; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in the Platform; and (d) withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Gampak99 reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player and request additional documentation as required.
Gampak99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific Bonus Terms published at the time of the offer. These general provisions apply to all promotions unless expressly superseded by promotion-specific terms.
All bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated in the Bonus Terms for each promotion. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, bonus funds are non-withdrawable.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting the Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Bonus Terms, the following general contribution rates apply:
While a Player holds an active unreleased Bonus in their Account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is RM 50 per round or bet slip, unless the applicable Bonus Terms specify otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in Bonus forfeiture.
All Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable Bonus Terms, typically seven (7), fourteen (14), or thirty (30) days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any uncompleted Wagering Requirement will result in the automatic removal of the Bonus balance and any associated winnings.
Gampak99 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, using arbitrage strategies or low-risk mathematical strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, exploiting technical errors or glitches to accumulate bonus credits, and coordinated group play designed to circumvent bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, Gampak99 reserves the right to void all Bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific Game as displayed within that Game's interface or the applicable sports betting market at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply across all Games and wagering products on Gampak99.
A wager is deemed placed and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform's systems, as evidenced by a confirmation notification displayed to the Player and recorded in the Platform's transaction log. The Player's transaction history constitutes the definitive record of all wagers placed.
In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a Game or wager, Gampak99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings accumulated as a result of a proven system error or malfunction will not be honoured. "Void bets pay" shall not apply in circumstances arising from technical error.
Gampak99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward match fixing, corrupt play, and any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or game. Any Player found to be involved — directly or indirectly — in fixing the outcome of any event on which wagers are accepted will have their Account suspended, all associated funds frozen, and the matter reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each Game interface or betting market and may vary by game category, bet type, and Player VIP tier. Gampak99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time and without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Gampak99 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gampak99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; (b) create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer any Platform software; or (d) use any Platform content for commercial purposes.
Any unauthorised use of Gampak99's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gampak99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings; loss of data; loss of profits; or business interruption, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
Gampak99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gampak99 makes no representation or warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose funds deposited to your Account. Gampak99 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or result from any Game or wager. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

In the event of Account closure for cause, Gampak99 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus balances and any winnings derived from Bonus play. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court as specified under the governing law clause.
